Mental health coaching for young people in schools & groups
Foundation deliver adaptable and interactive courses for all young people. Programmes are tailored for full classes, small groups or individuals and offer a preventative approach.
Providing support and guidance for families
Our team at Foundation design and deliver bespoke programmes and work with families, children and adults to help support good mental health and wellbeing.
Mental wellbeing coaching for adults
Foundation coaches work with adults to help understand the underlying factors that contribute to improving mental health and ways of accessing greater resilience and wellbeing.
Why choose Foundation?
The Foundation team is committed to improving the mental wellbeing of all young people and adults. We are certified to work with children in a school, group or home setting. We are also qualified adult coaches, making it possible to work with the entire family, individual adults or teams. We work with a number of different coaching approaches, including the internationally recognised ‘Iheart Resilience Programme’ and ‘Resilient Living’ course.
The work we deliver can be preventative – designed to help people understand their own innate wellbeing – or as a supportive intervention tool to help people get back on their feet.

“Having recently gone through some changes in our family dynamics the sessions really helped me focus on what is important and also helped me deal with certain situations in my everyday work and life!”

“Working with Foundation proved to be an invaluable asset for myself and my son in the complex struggle of a teenager, struggling to make sense of himself and the world, while coming to terms with the loss of his mother.”

“Since my son started the iheart course I have seen a real difference in his confidence. He is much more relaxed and so much less stressed when he took his drum exam recently. He loved the programme and I am keen to do it myself.”

“I think that iheart has really helped my daughter. She is willing to try things she definitely wouldn’t have in the past. I have visibly seen her confidence grow. I think every child should do it!”

“Thank you for helping me to feel normal. I used to think that there was something wrong with me with all my negative thoughts. Now I know that I can have control over them, they do not control me.”
