Course details

We all desire a life where we can thrive, with ‘Resilient Living’ you can. The structure of this course takes you through a set of 8 powerful sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes each. This is a new way to activate 360 resilience. Through joint exploration, you will be able to gain a greater understanding of your beliefs’ system learning why we think, feel and behave the way that we do. Topics covered include: stress and burnout, relationships and how labels limit us. Sessions can be delivered face-to-face or online. We work with small groups (up to 8 participants), couples and individuals. The course is complemented with a comprehensive handbook for participants to complete during the experience and use for reference afterwards.

The ‘Resilient Living’ course offers participants a window into how their mind works. The course consists of 8 sixty to ninety minutes sessions and can be delivered face to face or online for individual clients, couples or small groups. Topics include overthinking, reimagining yourself and dealing with negative thoughts confidently.
